Roux Bakehouse is a community-focused bakery, café and grocer in the heart of Belmont Village. We specialize in sourdough products and follow a traditional 36 hour fermentation process, making our products easier to digest. We offer a curated selection of hot and cold drinks, including a variety of seasonally available coffees that we roast ourselves. Our grocer items include products that are made in-house or sourced from local business partners.
